What You Will Do
- Develop professional connections with candidates
- Set up and coordinate preliminary interview (phone or in-person)
- Prepare candidates for the client interview process
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on status via email and phone
- Identify appropriate sourcing strategies in consultation with the hiring manager/supervisor
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting system
- Write recruitment posts and place them in appropriate print media, professional journals, or internet job boards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills & Experience Toolbox
- 1+ years of experience in fast-paced client-focused environment
- Ability to demonstrate experience with various sourcing tools and technologies
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
