This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization.
The generalist must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill and the business needs.
nn nn nn nnSpecifically, nn Leave of absence tracking and management
– extensions or filing for the first time Workers compensation reporting and organizing, verifying if there have been any injuries Disability management, through closing of the claim n n Job Requirements: n
– Past experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
– Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
– Comprehensive knowledge of leave of absences
– Strong familiarity with Disability Claims
– FMLA experience
– Foundational knowledge in workers compensation
– Competent in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
– Capability to interact with all levels of staff in a rapidly quickly changing environment while maintaining an approachable and appropriate demeanor
