Ajilon working with a company in West Los Angeles to hire a HR Generalist.
This role requires a candidate with at least 2 years of HR Generalist experience and can work in office or hybrid schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answering incoming calls and emails from employees regarding HR related questions
- Assisting with training and development of employees
- Working in payroll system to look up employee information
- Assisting with full cycle recruitment
- Any additional HR related tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- 2 years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a high paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of California LOA, FMLA, and Worker’s Compensation practices
