Position Requirements
• Serve as a positive leader and mentor by exhibiting and instructing desirable behaviors and skill sets.
• Drive positive employee relations through strong communications and support of a respectful, team-based environment.
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with plant management, supervisors, leads, and team members.
• Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, from initial conversation through onboarding for hourly production positions.
• Serves as a liaison for HR teams and other cross-functional groups.
• Develop and coordinate innovative internal communications for the Human Resources team.
• Disseminate timely communication to employees through various internal channels on a consistent basis.
• Assists employees with leave of absence requests and coordinates with the HR team.
• Participate in the completion of annual benefits open enrollment and weekly payroll.
• Maintains employee records and HR files (payroll, medical, HR general).
Education And Experience
• 1 years of human resources experience or a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources or organizational development.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong MS Office Skills.
