Our client, a global creative ad agency, is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team.
This organization has a location in Hollywood and Irvine and you will support both offices from an HR standpoint.
We are looking for a mid-level HR Generalist who is looking to help build an HR department from the ground up.
As the HR Generalist you will support all human resources functions for this small but growing firm.
The company currently has 30 employees and is poised for growth in the next year.
You will be familiar with California labor laws, understand HR compliance and you will assist with all recruiting and on-boarding functions.
The ideal candidate will have agency experience and understand the functional jobs within an agency to help build a recruiting pipeline.
You will help build an internship program and build out health and wellness initiatives.
We are looking for someone who can help build the culture of the organization.
This is a hybrid work environment and you must be willing to go to both the Hollywood and Irvine locations on occasion.
Salary range is up to $85K with excellent benefits.
