Recruitment
· Prepare JD and R&R
· Ensure recruitment of suitable candidate for each position
· Manage overall hiring process, new hired staff orientation/training
· Manage recruitment related approvals
· Finance Support:Help the HQ finance to deal with collections and payments
Compensation & Benefit
· Manage monthly Payroll
· Performance Management (Promotion, Evaluation, Salary increment, Bonus)
· Employee Benefit, wellness, motivation
Overall Work Planning/ Management
· Manage overall HRM works
· Manage and follow HR policy/ Company process
· Prepare and manage reports requested from RHQ/HQ
· Manage headcount
Admin
· Manage General affairs jobs
· Company events
· Manage company asset
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Above 3 years of work experience in HR
· Work experience in recruitment (direct/ 3rd party)
· Mandarin language proficiency to liaise with China HQ
