HR Coordinator – Leading Entertainment Company – $25/hr
Our client, a top Entertainment company, is seeking a bright and professional HR Coordinator to join their team. This is a 3-month temporary assignment with a possibility of converting to a full-time position for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible and has an interest in the entertainment industry. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a few years of HR experience to join a dynamic team and take the next step in their careers.
In this role you will:
- Schedule meetings for multiple executives
- Process departmental invoices and expense reports
- Input and update employee data changes and transactions in the HRIS system
- Create relevant reports for the HR team
- Develop and maintain documents and tracking sheets
- Provide logistical support and planning on HR projects/initiatives
- Assist HR team with communications and other projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of HR experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Strong communication and organization skills
