Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator facilitates human resources processes at all Atria locations, including the onboarding of new hires and the talent acquisition process. In this role, you will provide excellent service to prospective new hires as well as employees and managers throughout the organization.

Our COVID-19 Task Force actively monitors and tracks the ongoing status in each of our office locations, ensuring consistency with CDC guidelines and providing a safe and healthy work environment for our team members.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the onboarding of 20+ new hires per month across 5 different office locations.
Create and send out offer letter packages, respond to any internal or external pre-hire inquiries.
Assist with correspondence and coordination of criminal and financial background checks for all new hires.
Partner effectively with Information Technology department to ensure that equipment for all new hires is procured and in place prior to onboarding.
Ensure managers and supervisors stay abreast of all recruitment and onboarding activity, throughout the new hire process.
Serve as first point of contact for new employees during the orientation and onboarding process.
Collect and input necessary information and documentation into the HRIS (ADP), prepares new employee profiles.
Perform onboarding-related projects, research, and deliverables as needed to support the Talent Acquisition team.
Assist with Talent Acquisition activities such as reviewing and posting positions to job boards, interview scheduling and coordination, and responding to applicant inquiries.
Identify and collaborate on talent acquisition and hiring process improvement initiatives.
Assist with processing of terminations.
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate team member.
Provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
