As an HRBP, you will be primarily responsible for providing tactical and strategic functionality in support of the business objectives by carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas: talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, policy development, benefits administration, compliance, performance development, compensation, personnel records, and HR file maintenance.
The HRBP may work as a lead in some of these areas to support day to day operations, and act in partnership with various team members to maintain and enhance the overall employer brand and employee experience.Additionally, your tasks will include, but not be limited to:Supporting performance development by implementing and maintaining the performance management system, developing and facilitating training, as well as reviewing evaluations.Supporting training initiatives by developing interactive content and facilitating training sessions and various hand-on learning activities on topics including, but not limited to, familiarizing employees with compliance, company culture and expectations, communication, skill enhancement, and work quality.Drafting internal and external communications to provide consistent, targeted, and impactful messaging, while protecting the dissemination of information.Building and maintain solid partnerships to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals.Contributing ideas for the development of content by researching key business challenges, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors to recommend innovative employer branding techniques.Assisting with ensuring HR records are accurate and compliant in accordance with the various laws, regulations, and governing bodies, including but not limited to EEOC, ADA, DFEH, ICE, ADA, ERISA, ACA, FMLA/CFRA, and PDL.Performing job analyses and updates job descriptions.Evaluating and providing recommendations to enhance and update HR process, policies, and procedures to keep up with everchanging regulatory and legal environment, as well as culture trends.Leading assigned projects from inception to completion, including planning, organizing, guiding tasks, and relaying information to team members.What You’ll Need to Perform the Role: You’ll use your bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related fieldFive (5) years of progressive human resources experienceThree (3) years focused on performance development and training, including the creation of trainingsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)It would be preferable for you to have: HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR)Experience using ADP or similar Payroll/HRIS systemsExperience with Employee Navigator or similar Benefits Administration systemsExperience with Applicant Tracking programsPlease get in touch with Alissa if qualified and send your resume to: alissa.doAdeccoNA.comEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
