Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary:The Human Resource Business Partner will function as an integrated member of the Operation, Medical, and Leadership Teams by providing comprehensive human resources support. The Human Resource Business Partner will work collaboratively with designated clinical and operational leaders to incorporate human resource expertise support and maximize team/departmental performance. With a working knowledge of the business and team goals/objectives, the HRBP will guide leaders and employees to executive on objectives. The Human Resource Business Partner will ensue the quality of Human Resource service delivery through effective collaboration with all members of the HR department and consistent application of HR policies, processes, and systems. The Human Resource Business Partner will create positive relationships that support a dynamic culture. This position supports Pipeline Health’s Values through the provision of distinctive and compassionate care to our employees and patients. Essential Functions:

Primary point of contact to assigned business area and leadership teams Consults with management on organization and human capitol issues such as employee development, business unit restructures, succession planning, workforce planning, retention, training, and diversity. Consults with and provides guidance to both managers and employees regarding a variety of issues including conflict resolution, career development, performance improvement, corrective counseling, and other HR issues as needed. Identifies and executes opportunities to promote and disseminate information on company culture and values to new and existing employees. Builds collaborative relationships with others through the organization and within HR department to resolve HR related issues and questions. Establishes trust and credibility for HR through daily interactions. Handles confidential/sensitive information while communicating with various levels in the organization. Acts as a change agent with an emphasis on aligning business practice with company mission and value Ensures compliance with DOL for employee files and business practices. Ensures adherence to HR policies, procedures, and processes to include all data entry. Services as mentor and supervisor to HR Coordinator. May be required to work at other facilities during staffing or project needs. Provides coverage for HR leaders when necessary to include staff supervision if requested. Performs other duties as required.

Experience:

5 years of Human Resources professional exempt level experience Preferred healthcare experience

Education:

BA Degree in Human Resources preferred.

Licenses/Certification:

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
