The Human Resource (HR) Operations Manager works together with the HR Operations team providing support to our employees in the CA Region.

The HR Operations team is the first point of contact for employees with all HR related questions.

This role is responsible for leading the HR Operations team in CA and reports to the Regional Director of HR Operations.

Job Responsibilities/Duties Lead HR Operations team effectively enabling them to efficiently deliver HR Operations deliverables, including but not limiting to onboarding, off boarding, data management, data integrity, compliance, etc.

Work in close collaboration with Leadership to identify Roles & Responsibilities, Design team structure, provide clarifications, and enable team members to achieve individual and team goals.

Coach and develop team members to ensure that they reach their maximum potential.

Identify training and development opportunities for HR Operations staff.

Monitor and manage queries ensuring a timely resolutions and excellent customer experience.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as HRBP, Legal, Finance and Hospital Leadership.

Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production productivity and quality and customer service standards; resolving problems.

Completes audits for accuracy; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change; ensuring compliance with established company policy.

Actively engage in the continuous improvement of HR Operations, defining gaps and proposing solutions that support business objectives.

Keeps the HR Operations department in a continued state of compliance and survey readiness by running regular reports and auditing for data integrity.

Keeps HR Operations Director informed of any issues and provides solutions to improve departmental compliance.

Coordinate internal resources and third party vendors needed for execution of projects.

Ensures all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.

Able to create and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress.

Develops project scopes and objectives.

Involves all relevant stakeholders and ensures project feasibility.

Ensures resource availability and allocation.

Develop a detailed project plan to track and monitor progress.

Report and escalate project concerns to department director as needed.

Qualifications Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis in Human Resource Management, Organization Development or Business preferred.

Minimum Experience: Five plus (5) years’ experience as a HR Generalist or Manager, with broad operational HR experience in a service center environment.

Strong knowledge of CA employment laws.

Project Management Experience required.

Demonstrated competencies in team leadership, motivating and influencing others.

Proven track record in successfully building effective working relationships.

Models excellent judgment and demonstrates the courage to take smart risks that improve business performance.

Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with business leaders and partners.

Demonstrated ability to proactively embrace and drive positive transformational change.
