Annapurna are partnered with a retail technology start-up whose (SaaS) platform enables shopping malls and retailers to digitize their inventory & infrastructure, unifying their online & in-store operations.
With ambitious growth plans and a global presence already, they’re searching for a Head of Human Resources who will be responsible for scaling their new Austin HQ, whilst leading their HR initiatives internationally.
Key requirements for this role: experience as a Human Resources/People Manager in a high-growth technology start-up.
the ability to create & deliver HR strategies which help the company to achieve their overall goals.
a track record of overseeing rapid growth, with experience managing recruitment processes preferred.
knowledge of US payroll, benefits, and administration practices is highly desirable.
a passion for developing an enjoyable, high-performance workplace culture, with experience doing so within an international business a bonus.
