Our client, the world’s number one streaming entertainment platform is seeking a contract Animation Recruiter to work with our animation teams on long-term hiring needs.
You will be responsible for providing market insights about animation and will also work on research projects to help our teams better understand various talent pools.
This role will report directly to the Manager of Talent Intelligence.
This is an onsite 6-months contract and W2 hourly rate through Talent Table.
You must be available to work in Los Angeles, CA and authorized to work without sponsorship.
No H1Bs.
This role is for anyone who has expertise in Animation and has worked in a position in-house agency, studio working with Animators.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the recruiting team on candidate mapping and talent pool analysis for future hiring needs.
Stay up to date on industry news to share actionable recruiting strategies with our talent teams.
Research the animation industry, specific companies, and candidates in various countries that the client recruits in.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the animation industry.
Accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple, tight deadlines.
Must be detail oriented, a good communicator, and self-driven.

– $90.00 per hour
