Group Director, Portfolio and Resource Allocation Strategy

The Portfolio and Resource Allocation Strategy role function plays a critical role in driving optimal alignment of resources across our business, including on which categories, which consumers, and which channels to focus.

Working closely with the OU Strategic Growth Lead and resources across the Strategy team, the role supports the development of an objective, 360 degree view of the North American Beverage Market and identifies our best options for profitable growth.

This role also interfaces cross functionally across the NA OU to drive alignment with the Portfolio Strategy throughout the planning cycle and through execution.

This role requires a true General Manager mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively interact with senior leaders across NAOU.

What youll do for us Lead key internal strategy projects from beginning (e.g., defining the problem) through final recommendations Problem framing and solving: structuring and coordinating / leading cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or effort Industry and competitive assessments to drive business and execution strategy Facilitation skills to drive better conversations into practical applications Strategic consulting support and promotion of agile ways of working Influence and engage senior management and business peers on the strategic direction and actions to be taken, using the power of data, insights, analysis and the integration of holistic analysis Stakeholder management: identify, influence, align and engage key stakeholders Synthesis and storytelling: Communicate, influence and convince stakeholders through a structured, fact base and action oriented storytelling Qualifications Bachelors Degree in business related field required, MBA preferred Proven experience and the ability to lead in a culture first environment that leads to proven results 10 years related work experience.

Strategy development and strong analytical background desired.

Varied experiences across multiple functions and/or OUs preferred.
