Our growing client is looking for a recruiter to help support the Talent Acquisition team with all generalist recruiting duties. As the Recruiter you will help to post jobs on Jobvite, manage requisitions, set up interviews, conduct first round interviews and help with checking references. This firm currently has 40-50 openings and you will help manage candidates through the process. It is imperative that the right candidate has the ability to develop relationships with hiring managers and provides excellent follow up to both candidates and the hiring managers. You will work with both internal candidates as well as agency candidates. This is a contract position likely through the end of the year, but it may extend. Preference will be given to candidates who are local to the LA market and can come in to train for the beginning of the onboarding process, but you will be able to work remotely. Must be able to work in the PST time zone. Vaccinations preferred, but not required.

Your responsibilities in this role

– Formulating internal recommendations

– Directing interviews

– Handling new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

– Applying digital recruiting resources

– Administrating various administrative duties

– Developing copy and posting job opportunity advertisements

– Furnishing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

Job Requirements:
– Highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

– Adeptness in Engineering Recruiting

– Experience with Full Cycle Recruiting

– Knowledge of Corporate Recruiting

– Strong familiarity with Corporate Recruiting

– Full Cycle Recruiting experience

– Comprehensive knowledge of Jobvite

– Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

– Anyone looking to perform this position’s duties needs proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

– Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing

– 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

– Capable in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
