Job Title:Executive Recruitment Coordinator (Contract)Requisition ID:R011681Job Description:As an Executive Practice Recruitment Coordinator (Temporary with potential for Full-Time) at Activision, you will play a key role in driving thoughtful, strategic, and thorough executive recruiting processes.
An important team member and collaborator, you will support our Principal Recruiters and Associates in the successful recruitment of senior executives to our growing company.
Mainly responsible for the candidate experience, the Recruitment Coordinator will work hand-in-hand with our executive practice team, senior executives of the company, and their executive assistants to facilitate preparation and preparedness prior to interviews and gather thoughtful feedback after interviews.
Further, as a key member of a dynamic team, you will be leaned upon for help in creating thorough candidate reports, scorecards, and analyses for use throughout the interview and selection process.We work within an innovative environment that thrives on progress, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Assist in recruitment by creating thoughtful, compelling position descriptions, assembling comprehensive candidate reports for executive interviewers, and reviewing and posting executive position requisitions, and acquiring approvals.Coordinate all interview logistics, including scheduling, travel, and video/in-person/phone interviews.Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience, acting as a true ambassador for Activision Blizzard King and our growing company.Serve as a proactive problem solver who can anticipate needs of senior executives and candidates and can serve as a home base for all logistics and details.
Provide continued support to the Executive Practice team, including creating offer letters and new hire packet generation.Partner with Talent Acquisition to help research/create new ideas for executive candidate swag, enhancing candidates’ experience and showing them the creative nature of our dynamic companyPartner with HR Operations to process candidate relocation requests.Ensure data integrity of our ATS and CRM systems, document sharing platform and reportingPlayer ProfileBachelor’s degreeExperience working within a fast-paced and dynamic technology or media company a plusA work and school history of achievement and continuous growth and learningDesire for career growth and for learning about the key function of executive recruiting within a Fortune 500 companyExceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills with track record of managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional professional written and verbal communication skillsExperience in customer service-driven organizations a plusAbility to maintain confidentiality and interface with individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the organizationStrong initiative.
