nn Global Director of Payroll nn nnAjilon has an exciting opportunity with a Global company in the Professional Services Industry where you have the opportunity to lead the Payroll functions for a Global company of 1000+ employees.
This position will be responsible for the strategic oversight of the Payroll department and day to day operations by supporting all domestic and global growth and building scalable business processes.
This position will manage a Payroll team and oversee the optimization of all systems/processes.
To be considered for this position, you MUST have 10-12+ years of progressive Payroll experience supporting 800+ employee populations globally and domestically; at least 5-7 years of supervisory experience; expert knowledge of SAAS systems; strong Tax and Audit experience; a high understanding of Federal, State, and Local Payroll laws.
nn nn nn nn Requirements: nn 10-12+ years of Payroll experience in progressive roles At least 5-7 years of supervisory experience (will manage 3 direct reports) Global Payroll experience required Supported payroll function for at least 800+ employees (domestic + global) Strong experience with SAAS payroll solutions (UltiPro, ADP, Workday) Strong tax knowledge including payroll tax, reporting, and required filings Expert knowledge of Federal, State, Local Payroll Laws and regulations Bachelor Degree strongly preferred; in lieu of degree CPP certification highly preferred nn nn
