One of the largest construction companies in Asia is in need of a Project Development Manager / Estimator for their facility in the Columbus, OH Area.
This candidate will perform a full range project development and estimating assignments as well as provide field support.

Here is what you will do: Schedule all service work and assignments to technicians Work closely with logistics and automation engineering/sales Manage and track all P& L activities regarding the Services Department Direct and coordinate training needs Assist in preparation of the logistics and automation section’s forecasts and budget analysis And here is what you will need: BS Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field Minimum of 5 years in leadership or management in service, maintenance or engineering roles The position requires up to 40 percent travel This position will not support visa sponsorship This position will not support relocation costsThis position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment.
While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
