Digital Fraud Policy Strategy Manager II

Your mission, should you choose to accept, it is to build and lead the organization tasked with working with our digital product teams to develop amazing products that our customers love AND also do a great job of keeping the Bank and our customers secure.

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic leader who can help us transform how we integrate fraud risk management into digital product design as part of Bank of America’s digital transformation imperative.

As a the Digital Fraud Policy Leader and Risk Champion you will:
– Partner with Digital Product leaders and experts to understand the strategic goals of the product teams
– Drive partnership and collaboration between the fraud organization and digital product leaders
– Lead the fraud risk assessment of new products, initiatives, and functionality
– Champion new ideas and innovative approaches to improve revenue, reduce fraud risk, and help our product teams deliver great experiences
– Act as the Fraud Risk Champion and approve the fraud controls for major new initiatives and processes
– Lead the effort to overhaul digital fraud policies and business rules to ensure the business is protected and customer experience is optimized
– Act as a thought leader and senior member of the Fraud Policy & Authentication Leadership team and help guide the team’s strategic direction and priorities
– Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2-4 digital fraud policy strategists Required: Proven track record of being able to drive projects from idea to execution Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills Ability to work across organizational lines to drive results Ability to influence effectively at executive levels Prior experience in developing policy and/or technology requirements for initiatives Prior experience leading digital product fraud control design and/or policy Desired: Experience in Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, JIRA Prior experience in Authentication, Fraud, or other related risk fields Experience in digital banking products Prior experience leading digital product fraud control design and/or policy 4 Year college degree Job Band: H4 Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Weekly Schedule: Referral Bonus Amount: 0 > Job Description: It is easy these days to create digital products that both genuine customers AND criminals love.
