- Utilize social media and web based recruiting platforms to attract the most qualified candidates!
- Conduct initial telephone screening on candidates.
- Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail and analytical skills to track candidate pool.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional recruiting experience
- Preference – based in North Carolina or South Carolina
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Customer-focused
- Strong organizational, inter-personal, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Suite products, Applicant Tracking Systems, Indeed and LinkedIn
