The Role You’ll PlayAre you a strong Human Resources leader, with manufacturing experience, ready to take your career to the next level?

As the Human Resources Manager at this specialty tire plant, you will be able to get out on the floor and engage directly with the non-union workforce, exercise your business and financial acumen as a vital member of the Plant Leadership Team, and manage two HR direct reports.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to influence every area of the business in a high complexity, a fast-paced, and high demand plant.
