Allied Solutions LLC: Technical Recruiter

The Technical Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to Allied Solutions’ hiring managers within Information Technology.

This position delivers high-quality exempt and non-exempt level candidates for open positions and advances the Allied brand across numerous markets and professional communities while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.

This individual will perform full lifecycle talent acquisition activities including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, etc.

and develops candidate pipelines across assigned operating units, locations, disciplines, and levels.

Partners with hiring managers by executing full lifecycle talent acquisition activities.

This includes but is not limited to: Lead full life cycle recruiting efforts for technical roles within the organization at all levelsPerform a combination of passive and active recruiting techniques to build and engage networks, assess and hire top-of-class technology talent.Be a thought partner with leaders to establish plans, define strategies, and deliver solutions that redefine the way we recruit for tech talent.Act as an advocate for both internal stakeholder and candidate throughout the hiring process; establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through resulting in a best in class candidate and client experience.Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle from identification, assessment through offer.Collaborate across tech recruiting and sourcing teams to share competitive intelligence, prospective candidate leads and placement of technical talent.Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent.Experience partnering with senior level management.Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels.Mentor new hires and contractors on Allied talent acquisition process Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· 2 years of technical recruiting experience
· A recent track record of hiring top-tier, hard to find, technology talent
· Comfortable identifying, engaging, and closing passive senior candidates
· Thrive at building collaborative relationships across a dynamic organization
· Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and can influence at all levels
· Results oriented with superior research and sourcing skills
· Technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
· General experience recruiting for all levels required.

Additional experience recruiting senior/executive level preferred.
· General knowledge of all areas of talent acquisition required, including but not limited to: sourcing passive and active candidates, qualification methods, networking, skills assessment, interviewing, legal issues, offer negotiations, administrative responsibilities and managing the candidate / hiring manager experience.
· Experience working with an applicant tracking system, conducting behavioral based interviews, conducting background/reference checks; and knowledge of employment laws as it pertains to the primary responsibilities of this position.
· Basic ability to work within standard software applications.
