Join us!The Field Recruiter will independently manage all field recruiting activities for Superpedestrian’s operations centers. They will manage full life cycle recruitment for all field roles. They will conduct intake meetings, manage priorities, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. They will manage sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and offers for all field roles.What you’ll do:* Manage the strategy and execution of full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, tracking, interviewing and reporting. Candidate management including regular communication throughout recruiting life cycle and prior to start date, scheduling, candidate attraction and delivery of interview feedback.* Prioritize and delegate to other stakeholders including but not limited to HRBPs, recruiting coordinators, hiring managers, and external recruiting agencies.* Update and implement field recruiting processes. Report and present to executive management.* Build strategic business partnerships with external recruiting agencies and community partners such as Universities, Technical Schools and professional networks.* Search for and implement new sourcing methods to find job candidates.* Suggest ways to improve the employer’s brand.* Research the best job advertising techniques.* Advise and train hiring managers on proper interviewing methods.* Attend career events and job fairs.Who you are:* Experience in recruiting, staffing or human resources. Proficiency in managing high volume recruiting (60 – 80+ positions) and filling roles in a timeline that meets or exceeds business needs and expectations.* Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants. Knowledge of US labor laws.* Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.* Experience with the use of ATS systems.* Knowledge of social media and professional networks.* Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.* Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.* Experience building and maintaining new and existing processes.* You work with a sense of ownership and urgency, you’re curious in your work and possess business acumen.Superpedestrian actively encourages applications from people of all backgrounds.
