Position Summary: The position will serve as the primary Human Resources Business Partner.
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the company’s HR practices and initiatives.
Role will have broad HR responsibilities including compensation and benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, Ethics and business conduct and organizational development and employment law compliance.Essential Responsibilities/Duties:
· Develop and Execute all HR strategies in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and organizational development
· Manage sensitive and complex employee relation issues
· Conduct internal investigations when necessary
· Interpret and implement HR policies, practices, and procedures
· Perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees
· Develop and maintain affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; maintain other records,reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations
· Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; conduct new-employee orientations; continuous employee training and monitors career-pathing program
· Provide HR leadership, coaching and counseling to employees and managers regarding employee relations issues
· Participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
Maintain company organization charts
· Maintain human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database
· Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
· Manage bi-weekly payroll processing for all North American managed employees
· Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
· Perform other related duties as required and assignedEssential Qualifications:
· A bachelor’s degree and seven to ten years’ human resource experience
· SHRM-CP or PHR certification
· SAP and Paylocity experience a plus
· Strong Analytic and problem-solving skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools
