This position will also manage and deploy kiosks at the worksite for employees to clock in and out and maintain the systems in working condition.Essential Functions:Requires Travel to Indio, California for the month of April.Responsible for onboarding new hire employees and processing payroll.

Field questions and troubleshoot time and attendancesystems with managers and employees.Provide payroll ad hoc reports to VP.

Assist with all vendor programs and payroll systems.Manage kiosks around site for employees to clock in and out, deploy kiosks around site based on where department is located,and keep up maintenance to ensure powered on and connected for employees to clock in.

Work directly with IT to ensure systemsare running smoothly on site.Liaison with designated payroll company and resolve payroll related matters including but not limited to pay, tax discrepancies,missing documentation, etc.Required Qualifications:A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalencyA minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience.Must have a valid driver’s license to drive around site in a golf cartExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and highly organized.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.AEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee’s job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
