AppleOne Staffing, the largest independently owned staffing agency providing employment, workforce management, and procurement solutions to Fortune 500 organizations, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for their growing Wall Street office.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Sourcing candidates utilizing internal databases, job portals and referralsCreating compelling and well written job postings to attract top candidates for open requisitionsConducting thorough interviews and vetting of applicantsProfessional presentation of candidates to hiring managersManaging accounts and developing relationships with new and existing clientsUtilizing VMS and ATS Systems including Beeline, Fieldglass and GreenhouseDiligent tracking and management of candidate, client and requisition life cycleProcessing applicants, orders and placementsStrong follow up with applicants and clientsIdentifying and developing new business opportunitiesRequirements:3-5 years of recruitment experience in Staffing industry2-3 years of account management in Staffing industryStrong attention to detail and accuracy, organizational skills and follow-throughProficiency with MS Outlook and Office SuiteStrong time management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationshipsProficiency with basic Math skills including calculated percentagesCareer seeker who is goal oriented, analytical and numbers drivenStrong business professional written and oral communication skills required
