A Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for many company positions including professional, administrative, customer service and sales type roles to work in and around our offices in Greater Los Angeles market.*Role will require reporting to the Chatsworth office 1-2 times per week.Job Duties/Responsibilities:Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship managementDevelop pipeline of candidates in high turnover sales role to fill training classesSource, qualify, schedule, interview and hire candidates for Sales positions and other roles as neededTrain hiring managers on key aspects of interviewing and hiring skillsProvide a professional candidate experience through schedule coordination, interview facilitation and professional communication regarding timelines and expectationsRecommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the companyUtilize creative sourcing techniques and manages multiple sourcing relationshipsExtend offers to candidate and complete pre-hire and onboard as neededMonitor and report on weekly recruiting targets and progressManage candidates through an applicant tracking system and comply with company record keeping policiesOther duties as assignedSkills and Competencies:2-3 years of experience in recruiting requiredProficient in all legal and compliance aspects of recruiting and talent acquisitionProficient in behavior-based interviewing and interview best practicesPossess strong ability to screen, build buy in, interview, and prepare a candidate within an appropriate and consistent timelineAbility to travel within Los Angeles market for hiring events such as open houses and job fairsWell-developed interpersonal and communication skillsMust be able to quickly adapt plans and shift direction in order to meet changing hiring prioritiesStrong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skillsSelf-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervisionMotivated to deliver resultsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite primarily Outlook and ExcelQuick learner, highly adaptable to new processesJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Chatsworth, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Recruiting: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
