In response to COVID-19, the Recruiting Assistant may be required to work remotely certain days of the week.

The position is eligible for:Paid sick leave and vacation time10 Paid Company HolidaysHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceRetirement plan with 3% matching contributionsStarting salary commensurate with experienceResponsibilities:Assisting the Recruiter and hiring managers with recruitment operations; Managing job boards and ensuring accurate open positions; Subject-matter expert on Acacia’s applicant tracking system; Developing and delivering recruiting reports through the applicant tracking system, tracking recruiting metrics, sources, and results; Pre-screening resumes and new candidate applications; Systems administration and managing applicant tracking system; Preparing recruitment materials and post requisitions to the appropriate job boards; Reviewing passive candidate profiles and talent pools; Staying currenton company’s organizational structure and personnel policies; Processing background checks and other candidate verifications; Supporting talent acquisition team with continuous process improvement and initiatives as assigned; Supporting other recruiting-related administrative tasks and special projects as necessary; Engaging with organization and HR team on special projects; Other duties asassignedQualifications:BA or equivalent combination of education and direct experience in Business Administration, HR or relevant field; Minimum 1 year experience as an associate recruiter/coordinator or relevant HR role; Proficient withcomputer applications, technology and web-based applications; G-Suite, Excel, Asana, etc.Ability to effectively present information to and field questions from stakeholders, managers, and candidates; Demonstrated time management skills and acute attention to detail; Ability to workand collaborate with a team; Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach; Strong diversity and inclusion acumen and commitment; Preferred, but not required, skills:Recruiting experience in the mental health field; Experience working with iCIMS or other ATS; Prior experience working in a start-up organization
