Title: Network Engineer
Salary: $105K to $120K plus 5% bonus
Location: Remote in the following: IN, KY, TN, AL or MS.
Travel: 4 days a week travel (100-mile radius).

As a Senior Network and Security Engineer you will be responsible for various customer facing responsibilities including: firewall, identity, endpoint, and enterprise network design, implementation and troubleshooting in primarily Cisco infrastructure for select to enterprise-grade client environments.
Client environments range from existing networks to greenfield deployments, which sometimes support a range of old and new technology.
Client environments are seldom well-documented and often discovery and troubleshooting on the fly is a necessity.
Strong implementation and troubleshooting ability with exceptional customer relations skills.
This is a full-time role located remotely but 90% of clients are based on the I-65 corridor from Indianapolis to the Alabama.
Travel to local customer sites will be required.
Qualifications
7+ years of Cisco Networking and Security deployment experience required Experience with SD Wan, Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE required Experience and familiarity implementing and troubleshooting routing protocols, including EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, etc.
Strong emphasis on ongoing education and pursuit of new and emerging technology Experience with other security platforms and solutions required Familiarity with Meraki platform is a plus Palo Alto and Fortinet strongly preferred CCIE strongly preferred or equivalent work experience Strong customer service experience The candidate will be required to travel between location and the transportation of equipment A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
