Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Travel Home Health Specialized RN for a Home Health facility based in Northridge, CA.
This position is a 13
– week, full-time contract assignment with the possibility of extension or direct hire.

* 1-2 Years Recent Home Health Experience With Geriatric/Adult Population (Private Duty Experience Does Not Qualify)
* CA RN Nursing License
* BLS (AHA)
* Reliable Transportation and Auto Insurance
– OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience

* EMR Experience (Required)
