A Nurse Practitioner contributes to AHF’s mission by monitoring
twenty patients per shift and preparing comprehensive patient
care plans, at one of our Wellness Centers.

With a friendly,
helpful and compassionate disposition you can enhance the
experience of members of our Wellness Center including patients.

 
The Nurse Practitioner also conducts diagnostic test, evaluates lab
reports, provides information on how to reduce risk of contracting
an STI and interprets healthcare conditions.

Providing special
attention to patient charts, including treating patients in a timely
manner, acting as a medical resource, and providing both
counseling and guidance as needed.

 
By being a team-player, the Nurse Practitioner treats all patients,
including clinic walk-ins, with respect and the highest level of
care.

Allowing our physicians to provide treatment efficiently.

The Nurse Practitioner is a reliable and valuable asset to our
Wellness Center by adapting to various situations with ease,
flexibility and compassion.
