Talent Acquisition Specialist – Healthcare, Sciences, Critical Facilities

Your RoleGensler is looking for exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialists that can effectively manage full cycle recruiting for designated positions at our firm.

As a member of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, you will support the business in attracting the best talent to the firm.

You will work closely with the Global Director of Talent Acquisition and our Hiring Managers, spending your time sourcing candidates and managing all aspects of the talent acquisition experience.What You Will Do* Proactively source candidates through networking with employees, professional organizations, social media (for example LinkedIn), and other channels.

Network and engage with top talent to attract them to Gensler* Manage full cycle talent acquisition and advise on talent acquisition strategies for shared services roles, as well as practice area roles* Deep passion, understanding, and long-standing commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion* Source, recruit, and provide an “exceptional candidate experience” for all prospective candidates* Provide regular reporting, metrics and analyses to articulate progress against demand and timelines for assigned recruitment drives* Provide insight and advice to business stakeholders on market trends, competitor information, market challenges and talent acquisition strategies* Manage the design and implementation of new screening and assessment tools to effectively assess a diverse candidate pool against the firm’s core values.

Provide training on effective interview techniques* Partner with Studio Leaders to understand talent requirements as well as formulating and delivering appropriate sourcing search strategies based on these requirements* Act as “trusted advisor” to Senior leadership by providing strategic direction and consultation to acquire the necessary talent* Continuously build talent pipelines to meet current and future needs* Drive overall talent acquisition strategy to meet the needs the studios in the Hub with which you are working* Manage Workday and all of its functions, from opening a role, dispositioning candidates, to closing a role* Assist HR with offer package preparation and negotiation* Extend verbal offers to final candidates and send offer letters to closed candidates* Develop innovative and effective candidate engagement strategies to build networks of engaged candidates via active sourcing and employer branding activities externally and internally* Assist in EEO, OFCCP and ATS AuditsYour Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field* 5+ years of experience in a full cycle recruiting.

Experience in the architecture/design or professional services industries is a plus* Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
