Work shouldnt consume your life, we believe in Work-Life-Balance and strive for flexibility through various company perks.Benefits and Perks:$1,000 sign on bonusPaid CME hours and StipendFree Medical coverage options We cover all out of pocket expenses!Chiropractor/Acupuncture covered at 100% in-networkHMO and PPO Dental coverage optionsVisionWeekend Shift Differential Pay403(b) retirement plans with employer matchingGenerous paid time off including 1-Week Holiday closure for Christmas & New Years!Workfrom Home optionsCompetitive Wages & Annual Merit IncreaseThis position is open to LCSW or LMFT.We are hiring at two locations:8405 Beverly Blvd (Spanish speaking required)6043 Hollywood BlvdDuties and Responsibilities:Provides therapy to individuals and groups to promote optimum mental health; assists individuals deal with addictions and substance abuse, mood disorders, depression, suicide, domestic violence, sexual dysfunction, stress management, problems with self-esteem, issues associated with aging, job and career concerns, educational decisions, issues of mental and emotional health, family, parenting, marital problems, and gender issuesGathers data of clients history through personal interviews with client, family and others; prepares case historiesaffecting client; provides clinical assessment and treatment planning for clients.Consults with medical staff, case managers and paraprofessionals to ensure clinical and case management needs and service quality are being met; confers regarding additional identified services as needed.Maintains a working knowledge of other community mental health services and resources; effectively matches services and resource needs of clients.Collaborates, coordinates and advocates with other community professionals, servicing agencies, clients and families to ensure service plan implementation and/or linkage services; monitors linkage services to ensure that referrals are provided promptly and effectively.Acts as a resource to other Clinic providers.

Collaborates with physicians and others to develop and implement treatment and intervention programs that patients can understand and comply with.Participates in crisis intervention and conflict resolution actions, including suicide assessments, partner abuse, child and elder abuse screening; takes appropriate measures to resolve crisis situations; implements mandatory reporting procedures in accordance with regulations (including HIPAA) and policies.Position Requirements:A Clinical Social Worker license OR Marriage and Family Therapist license issued by the State of CaliforniaBilingual skills in Spanish/English requiredWorking knowledge of child protection regulations and standardsWorking knowledge of social services resources in the Los Angeles area, and related reporting procedures.About Us:The Saban Community Clinic was founded in 1967 on the principle that healthcare is a right, not a privilege.
