Challenge. Growth.* Responsibilities: We are looking for a passionate Educator to join our Cath Lab team! Our team consists of two cath labs and one hybrid lab with patient ratios of 1:1. As an educator, you will be key in assisting our team use the most up-to-date practices and exceed in patient care. From PFO, TAVR, MitraClips, Watchman procedures and more, we are committed to using the highest level of technology. Qualifications: *Education** Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required*Experience** 2 years of clinical experience in area of specialty required* Experience in patient and staff education development and implementation, quality improvement, program development and professional development required*Licenses and Certifications** BLS – Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required* RN – Current State of California Registered Nurse license requiredPlease note: If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires.Please note: Per the CDPH order, all healthcare workers are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 or have an approved exemption and test regularly.
