How Would you like to work in a Procedure Center that?
- Provides both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as lumbar puncture, bone marrow biopsy, paracentesis and thoracentesis.
- And, also provides services for the placement of vascular access devices including PICC lines (peripherally inserted central catheter) for inpatients and outpatients.
- You provide and document direct and indirect patient care services that ensure the safety, comfort, personal hygiene, and protection of patients.
- You provide patient education.
- You provide administration of medications and therapeutic agents vital to implement the treatment, disease prevention, or rehabilitative plan of care.
- You work alongside physicians on PICC insertions and cover procedures.
- You demonstrate a dedication of customer service and an ability to meet the needs and expectations of patients and health care colleagues.
- You manage complex, unpredictable patient care situations and are a nursing leader.
- You apply clinical knowledge regarding standard of care to consolidate interventions for time and cost savings.

Educational Requirements:
California RN License
BSN preferred.
Licenses:
BLS
ACLS
Experience:
Direct patient care and strong IV skills; 2 or more years’ experience in acute care setting; ICU experience preferred.
Physical Demands:
Sitting, walking, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Exposure to normal office and clinical area noise.
