Our NeuroRestorative facilities located in San Fernando Valley, CA, are fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facilities that specialize in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes Neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.

- Full-time DAY shift

Shift times include:
- DAY: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- NOC: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
- 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay)
Dayshift rates:
- $38.00-$41.50 base rate based on experience
- OT past 8th hour (OT = time and a half pay)
- DT after 12th hour
NOC shift rates:
- $38.00-$41.50 base rate based on experience
- $2.00/hour NOC shift differential
- OT past 8th hour (OT = time and a half pay)
- DT after 12th hour

Qualifications:
- Accredited RN degree, current state RN license
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Minimum one year of experience
- Clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, creative problem solving
- Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible
- Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
