Job Title: B2B Nurse

Reports to: B2B Site-Supervisor

Department: B2B

Pay Rate: $65.00 Hourly Rate

Events can range from 2-12 hours during the week (M-F) spanning across the Valley, LA, & Orange County
Part Time position – W2 employee status paid every 2 weeks

Objective:

Bringing reliable COVID testing solutions to all of the US. Hiring a nation-wide team that can execute on our large mission to bring fast and reliable COVID testing solutions to all of the U.S. If we nail this, we can be a key player in bringing our community and our economy back to a new normal. Imagine businesses being able to share their inventions at conferences and communities being able to reengage in public festivities. All of this is possible if we scale our testing operation fast and efficiently.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, detail oriented and incredibly efficient person to join the B2B team of nurses, commuting to different event locations in Southern California to administer Covid-19 testing to groups. We run a tight ship that grows exponentially, daily.

It is ideally imperative you are passionate about assisting people during this pandemic that may or may not be symptomatic. Our number one goal is optimal customer service, professionalism and sample accuracy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with all individuals with empathy, compassion, and respect
  • Maintain professional code of conduct and a positive attitude at all times
  • Travel to different event locations by car in the Greater Los Angeles areas
  • Verify and maintain patient records
  • Complete basic routine medical procedures
  • Provide consistent exceptional service
  • High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing, and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Comfortable driving to event locations across Southern Los Angeles
  • Experience administering Covid-19 tests is a plus
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service, required
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Professional appearance and presentation at all times (you are the face, the enthusiasm, the energy that will help fluctuate each site)
  • Dependable – more reliable than spontaneous
  • People-oriented – enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
  • Adaptable/flexible – enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
  • Detail-oriented – would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
  • Achievement-oriented – enjoys taking on challenges

Qualifications:

  • BSc or other diploma from a nursing program
  • Valid nursing license

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
