We are currently seeking exceptional candidates with a current RN or LVN license to immediately fill a position as QA Coordinator at our corporate office in Woodland Hills.

Responsibilities include reviewing OASIS and 485’s for completion and accuracy, patient chart audits, and assisting with Utilization Review and other Quality Assurance initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess a strong knowledge of ICD coding for home health, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to interpret medical data, and be extremely detail-oriented and priorities-focused to help us meet our ongoing Quality Management needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year current experience with a licensed home health agency
  • Current California nursing licensure – RN or LVN
  • Comprehensive knowledge of OASIS, ICD codes, and medical terminology
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a high-volume of work
  • Prior QA experience strongly preferred
