Position Responsibilities:
– Provide individual, family and group therapy to both adults and adolescents; meal support; and case management services
– Collaborate with referral sources and outpatient teams;
– Communicate with insurance companies to ensure continued authorization of case load;
– Participate as an active member of the treatment team;
– Maintain clinical documentation.
Education, Competencies and Credentials:
– Masters Degree is required (MA, MSW or MEd) – LCSW, LMFT, MFT
– Intern, or LPCC. Experience working with patients who have eating disorders is strongly preferred but not required.
