– Monday through Friday – 8 a.M.
– 5:00 p.M.< /li><Li> <Br> Rotating between Downey, Montebello or Whittier Care Centers.< /li></ul> <P><Br> Responsible for providing Internal Medicine/Family Practice Services to patients.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:< /p><Ul> <Li><Br> Provides medical patient care by interviewing, examining, and treating clinical patients.< /li><Li> <Br> Educates patients and families on wellness, prevention and early detection.< /li><Li> <Br> Provides referrals based on examination and patient needs.< /li><Li> <Br> Participates in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and patient care programs.< /li><Li> <Br> Assists in the resolution of complaints, requests, and inquiries from patients.< /li><Li> <Br> Maintains confidentiality of all patient information according to federal guidelines and regulations.< /li><Li> <Br> Completes medical records (EMR) documentation daily.< /li><Li> <Br> Covers night calls as needed on weekends (phone call only).< /li></ul> <P><Br> Minimum Requirements:< /p><Ul> <Li><Br> Requires a MD or DO.</li> <Li><Br> Requires current unrestricted medical licensure in California and board eligibility or board certification in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics or Family Medicine.< /li><Li> <Br> DEAlicense required.< /li></ul> <P><Br> Preferred Requirements:< /p><Ul> <Li><Br> Experience in Valued Based Care.< /li><Li> <Br> Spanish Speaking Preferred but not required.< /li></ul> <Div><Br> #ZR<Br>< /div><Div> #MASC105</div>< /div><Br> Internal Medicine, Geriatrics or Family Medicine
