Our client, a hospital in California, is looking for a PA to provide locum tenens coverage beginning in June. The selected provider should be licensed to work in CA and be able to work Mon-Fri: 8 hour shift. While on assignment, the provider can expect to see cases including but not limited to: Neurosurgery/Trauma ICU management of emergency surgery patients that are brain, neck, and spine surgeries. Most cases will be low/moderate risk procedures such as laceration repair, IV access/IV insertion-peripheral line, and fracture and dislocation reduction. This facility uses Cerner Care B.
