Responsibilities Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for patients in a correctional facility Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens, as appropriate, to assessed medical conditions Maintain medical records and charts documenting all medical services rendered Refer patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components, as appropriate Direct and coordinate the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required Qualifications Current state license as a MD/DO Board Certified or Board Eligible Current DEA license Current CPR certificate Proficient with electronic medical records Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance to include background check and drug screen If you want to join an exciting, dynamic and growing organization that is making a positive impact on the lives we serve, we look forward to considering you for this opportunity and to be part of our team Armor Health focuses on offering comprehensive and robust Total Rewards package.
