Job Description

  • Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant
  • Provide therapy and coordinate services needed by patients and families.
  • Assess and provide education to meet goals based on the plan of care.
  • Ventura County, San Fernando Valley

Requirements:

  • Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in CA
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and dependable vehicle
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Home Health preferred
