Job Description
- Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant
- Provide therapy and coordinate services needed by patients and families.
- Assess and provide education to meet goals based on the plan of care.
- Ventura County, San Fernando Valley
Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in CA
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and dependable vehicle
- Minimum 1 year experience in Home Health preferred
