Rock Star Physical Therapist Needed in Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic (Portland, OR) Physical Therapist Job Description We are a dynamic, progressive, evidence and function based outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in manual therapy, orthopedics and sports medicine.
We have a diverse patient base, treating patients from athletes to the elderly, acute injuries to chronic pain.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with a manual therapy fellow with mentoring if desired.
We are not a volume-driven clinic.

We are looking for a self motivated, enthusiastic, very organized and learning focused individual with an advanced degree in physical therapy from an APTA accredited physical therapy program, preferably with experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting and a strong interest in manual and osteopathic techniques.
We are looking for an individual with a deep interest in continuing to develop their skill set and knowledge base, willingness to learn and share with other PT staff, and an ‘above and beyond’ mentality for customer service for their patients.

Individual must have a current OR state license in good standing with the Oregon State Board of Physical Therapy.
This position offers flexible part time hours with opportunity for growth and full time status.
Recent graduates will be considered, but experienced Physical Therapists are preferred.
Duties/ Responsibilities: We are looking to offer part time hours with the opportunity to expand to full time.
but are willing to be flexible for the right candidate.
Duties and responsibilities will include: Evaluating each patient (utilizing our format) that is specific to age, illness, injury, and/or disease, accurately assess patient condition(s) to develop appropriate goals and individually designed treatment plans.
TIMELY documentation (using our web based EMR) based on evaluation findings, with thorough documentation and appropriate treatment progressions and plans of care.
Documenting functional outcome tools as required by our payors.
Work effectively with support staff as appropriate, and perform other duties as required.
Tracking established clinic metrics for both therapist and administrative staff.
Actively participating in ongoing marketing strategies to ensure the health of our practice.
Willingly participating in community events to help promote practice and build case load.
Being a proactive member of our team bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise, as well as going above and beyond to assist other team members and promote good clinic and team functioning in our mission to provide a great PT experience.

Minimum requirements: Clinical degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (accredited by CAPTE).
A clinical license as a Physical Therapist and current OR state licensure is also required.
Current CPR certification.

Highly organized and efficient with strong attention to detail.
Results-focused, team players who are energetic, that are willing to work collaboratively with other providers in an evidence based practice.
Proficient in English with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to pass background check.
Compensation for this position is DOE and advanced training, certifications, will include production based bonuses, continuing education allowance, and health insurance on full time status.
