Title: Partnership Success Director, Health Equities Programs

Reporting to: Principal, Partnership Success

Location & Travel: This is a remote position. The ideal candidate will be located on the west coast near the Los Angeles metro area. The role may require travel of up to 35% of the time to engage with clients on program planning, execution, and success reporting.

Opportunity:

GetWellNetwork’s Docent Health team is looking for a leader to serve as a key relationship manager for one of our largest, strategic clients, driving towards client success and engagement while also owning particular initiatives as they relate to Health Equities and the engagement of underserved patient populations.

As a Partnership Success Director, you will be a member of a client-facing team responsible for managing client engagements, driving launch and implementation activities, and ensuring the delivery of a compelling value story. While no single day or project is the same, you will be expected to:

Design & implement programs:

  • Serve as a key project manager for implementations, responsible for planning, resource allocation, execution, and stakeholder management
  • Help manage the transition from our Commercial Sales organization into operationalizing programs with detail and a keen eye for detail
  • Work with partner leadership to align program goals to a ROI metrics scorecard for ongoing reporting and success measurement
  • Assess, manage, resolve and escalate risks and issues when needed
  • Help monitor and manage implementation project budgets from both a resourcing and expenses perspective
  • Configure the Docent Health Platform to support the service design and reporting requirements of particular programs

Drive success of our client partnerships:

  • Serve as a key main point of contact between Docent Health and a number of named enterprise accounts
  • Build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including clinical staff, business leaders, and hospital executives
  • Be accountable for monitoring performance, understanding our value story, and delivering data-driven dashboards to hospital executives
  • Gauge customers’ levels of engagement with the company and provide ongoing feedback to Docent Health leadership

Collaborate across various Docent Health teams:

  • Partner closely with our Commercial Sales team to understand our customers, key relationships, executive dynamics, and project nuances
  • Partner closely with our Product team to launch, test and refine new services and technical features with our customers
  • Partner closely with our Operations teams to ensure operational success of each newly installed program
  • Partner closely with our Commercial Sales team to strategically identify areas of opportunity and untapped value that can drive renewals and contract expansions

Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience
  • College degree in relevant field of study; graduate degree a plus
  • Ability to execute responsibilities outlined above with no active guidance, but is able to recognize risks and escalate to appropriate stakeholders and leaders where needed
  • Experience and understanding of business drivers for healthcare delivery systems
  • Experience engaging directly with hospitals and hospital executives
  • Work experience in a related industry or role (program implementation, project management, strategy consulting or payer/provider operations experience preferred)
  • Experience managing and implementing Health Equities and/or community engagement initiatives targeted at underserved patient populations
  • Track record of successfully implementing technology solutions for enterprise customers
  • Strong communication skills: able to clearly and confidently articulate and structure written and verbal communications with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills: you are at ease presenting to groups large and small, including stakeholders at the highest levels of our partner organizations
  • Able to travel of up to 35% of the time to engage with clients on program planning, execution, and success reporting
  • Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information including but not limited to ePHI and PHI in accordance with organizational policy and Federal, State, and local regulations
