COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Nurse Practitioner (NP) Geriatric/Long-term Care
- Minimum Salary: $150,000 (higher with experience/skillset)
- Sign-on Bonus is available
- CME: $5,000 + 8 Days
- PTO: 168 hours accrued a year + 8 Paid Holidays. 40 hours Sick Time

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Nurse Practitioner (NP) Geriatric/Long-term Care
- Hospital-employed position covering 2 SNF (located 15 miles apart)
- Patient Volume: Up to 25 skilled nursing residents per a month, patients rotate out every month
- No weekends and no on-call coverage
- Cases: Geriatric/Long Term Care, Acute care Patients
- Comfortable rounding on patients in the Skilled Nursing Facility, Med/Surg Acute Floor, and residents of the Long-term Care Facility
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Nurse Practitioner (NP) Geriatric/Long-term Care
- Certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or American Nurses Credentialing Center
- Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with BLS and ACLS
- 3 years of geriatric experience preferred but not a deal-breaker
- Ability to work independently and effectively
- J1 and H-1B Visa candidates will be considered
- EMR System: Cerner
