The Managed Care Social Worker is considered an expert in providing intensive case management for individuals, in collaboration with the RN Case Managers.
Drawing upon your experience and skills, you would be essential in performing psychosocial assessments and generating referrals for clients in the arenas of mental health care, substance abuse services, housing, legal assistance, immigration, and linkage to community organizations.(br /(The Managed Care Social Worker collaborates with the client’s Primary Care Provider and RN Care managers on a regular basis.
