– Sales Representative In this hybrid inside, outside sales position, theSpecialty Sales Representativeis responsible for exceptional customerservicewhileachievingtheterritorysalestargetseitheronthePatientAdvocateSalesTeamand/orthe OutsideClinicalRepresentativeTeam.Dependentupontheneedsoftheorganization,thisrepresentativewouldberesponsibleforsalesperformancewherevertheorganizationalneed.

Compensation Profile : BaseSalary:$100K, Bonus: $80K First Year At Plan: $180,000Travel:2-3 weeks amonth 401K(5% match), Full Medical / Dental Benefits, company expense card Car Allowance:$500/ month Key Responsibilities Maintainsastrongandcollaborativeworkingrelationshipwiththeirrespectivecounterpartsinthe sales organization.

Establishesandmaintainsstrongworkingrelationshipswithandbetweencustomerkeydecision makers (PTs, OTs, Therapy Managers & Directors, Physiatrists, Neurologists, Other MedicalProfessionalsandCSuitepersonnel).

Consistentandproductivecommunicationwithpatientsandclinicians.

WorkscrossfunctionallyinapositivemannerwithTechnicalSupport,Service,SalesOperations,Marketing,andotherkeypersonnelwithintheorganization.

ExecutesquarterlyterritoryplanincoordinationwiththeirrespectivesalescounterpartandtheVP ofSales.

Participatesinweeklyoutsideandinsidesalesteamcallsandbi-monthlysalesteamconferencecalls.

Accountabilitytosupervisorofkeyreports,dailysalescalllognotes,andexpensereporting.

WorkscrossfunctionallyinapositivemannerwithTechnical,ClinicalSupport,Service,SalesOperations,Marketing,andotherkeypersonnelwithintheorganization.

Sales Responsibilities Ensuresterritoryachievesannualsalesrevenueandreferralnumbers.

GrowpatientreferralsbybuildingcliniccompetenceandawarenessofRTIresourcesandhomereferralprogram.

KeepsabreastofrelevantScientificpublications,RTIproductenhancementsandclinicalexperience/knowledge Abilitytodoboththeinsideandoutsidesalespositions.

Performscoldcallingtostrategicallybuildclinicbasethatcanbeleveragedtomaximizehomereferrals andsales.

Executessalesandmarketinginitiativesandotheridentifiedprograms Performsclinicandconsumerpresentationsinpersonorremotelydependentupontheneed.

Attendstradeshowsandpeersupportgroups
Business Management & Administration SubmitsquarterlyterritoryplantotheVicePresidentofSales.

Performmonthlyreferralanalysisforexistingclinicsandreportsononeononecallstotheirrespectivesupervisor.

Completeweeklyoneononecallswiththerespectivesalescounterpart.

Managesandoperateswithinapprovedexpensebudget.

EnsuresthatallsalesactivitieswithinassignedterritoryareconductedtothehighestethicalstandardsandinamannerthatisfullycompliantwithCompanypolicy(includingQOP-72-01)andlaws andregulations.

Administrativetaskstoincludetimelyreporting,dataentry(CRM,Expensestoincludeselfandoutsidesales,MonthlyReports)andforecasting.

Conductsreferralreviewsandotherpresentationstocustomersasneeded.

Qualifications 10+yearsofmedicaldevicesalesexperienceand/orrelevantsalesexperience Proventrackrecordofsuccessinsalespositions.

Strong businessacumen.

Aself-starter,capableofdeliveringresultsinafast-pacedenvironment Abilitytoworkasateamplayerandworkcrosscollaborativelywithmultipledepartments.

Experienceworkingbothwithcliniciansandpatients.

Abilitytodevelopindepthclinicalknowledgeaboutproductsandservices.

BAorBSishighlypreferred.
