Medical Malpractice Attorney
– Plaintiffs
Downtown Los Angeles law firm is seeking an Attorney to join their Medical Malpractice team.
Firm handles plaintiff’s side r3epresentation.
Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in litigation, handling predominantly plaintiff’s side work.
Preference to previous med mal experience, but also open to those with personal injury background.
Job duties will include:
– Preparation of litigation documents, including pleadings and briefs.
– Preparing and responding to discovery
– Correspondence with clients and insurance representatives
– Assist with trial preparation
– Attendance of depos, mediations, and court appearances
Requirements:
– Good standing with California Bar.
– Experience in plaintiff’s side representation.
Prior medical malpractice preferred, but not required.
– 3 + years of civil litigation experience.
Firm offers work/life balance, employer-paid PPO medical plan and mentorship in technical practice area.
Firm is looking for candidate to begin working onsite at offices in Downtown LA.

Pay Range: $110,000.00
– $150,000.00 Annually
