Start ASAP! Non-Profit – Medical Group, that has been around for 20 years, serving the uninsured and lower income communities of LA, is looking for an energetic, team-oriented Bilingual Patient Service Representative!
As a Patient Service Representative, you will provide the first level of customer service to patient, handle call triage, registration, schedule appointments, and utilize various websites for insurance verifications (Medi-Care, Medi-Cal, and HMO). Candidate should be able to work as part of a team to insure that all patient information is correct and complete.

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00/hr. DOE
Shift: Monday – Friday – 7:30AM – 4:30PM (must be flexible to work weekends)

Patient Service Representative Requirements:
- 1-2 year’s Front Office Medical Assistant experience in a Medical or Clinical environment
- Bilingual: English and Spanish is required
- EMR: EPIC is required
